If it's about an order, include the order number from your receipt and we can sort it faster.
Orders & delivery
Everything is made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days. If something's late, wrong, or arrived less than perfect, tell us — we'd rather fix it than have you be polite about it.
The scents themselves
Questions about ingredients, allergens, or whether a particular note will suit you are welcome — that's not a bother, it's the job. The full ingredient list for each perfume is on its product page.
